Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your jewellery. Eligible unused products may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection and product-specific exclusions.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Products showing wear, damage, alteration or missing packaging may not qualify.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or another eligible method offered by the store. COD refunds may require bank details or another supported refund method.
