Returns & Refund Policy

At RIYANA JEWELS, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund conditions carefully.

Returns

• Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
• A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any return or damage/defect claim.
• The video must show the sealed package, opening of the package, and the complete product without cuts or editing.
• Returns without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags/accessories intact.
• Products that are used, damaged, altered, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Return Fee

A ₹100 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount for eligible returns.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider processing times.

Note: Shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and the required unboxing video.
